Author Biography

William C. Nicholson, JD

is a nationally known expert in terrorism and emergency law. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University School of Law and at the University of Delaware, where he teaches courses on terrorism and emergency law. He has published numerous articles on terrorism and emergency law issues and has written a book, Emergency Response and Emergency Management Law, charles c.
