William C. Nicholson, JD

is an expert in homeland security and emergency law. He services as an adjunct professor at Widener University School of Law, where he conceived and instructs a course entitled “Terrorism and Emergency Law.” His book Emergency Response and Emergency Management Law has been published by Charles C. Thomas Publisher, Ltd.
